Revised Edition “Omotenashi Fujiyoshida Host Town Conversation Handbook”

Fujiyoshida has worked toward cultivating a lasting legacy as an Olympic Host Town to France and the United States during the 2020 Tokyo Olympics by developing numerous projects in various categories.

In this project, the city published a revised edition of the “Omotenashi Fujiyoshida Host Town Conversation Handbook”, a collection of vocabulary and phrases to help ease conversation between international visitors and locals.

The revised edition combines the French edition first published in 2020 and the English edition published in 2021, and has been reformatted to make it easier to navigate the language and culture content. The final product is 79 pages, packed with useful information, and has been used in various ways including for language classes in local primary schools.
